ITALIAN SPEAKING

Today I'm in the medical clinic, and my patient is complaining of shortage of breath. Well...He has certainly come to the right place. Here at DungeonRoma we have many ways to treat this sort of thing. I place him on the examination table, then to keep his head in place I fit a tight neck collar around his neck, as I don't want him to have too mush movement. I tell him I'm going to examine him to identify why he is short of breath. I place a tube in his nose, and it's connected to the oxygen bottle. I tell him I need him to try to breathe normally, and he must remain calm. I turn the screw on the bottle, and watch as he breathes in my l*ttle solution. Of course, it's not what he thinks. He will very soon be feeling somewhat drowsy, and I will quickly go to work on his breathing problem. I pull out a pair of latex gloves, and so enjoy that special sound of the latex as I pull them tightly over my fingers and hands. Then turning do my patient, I quickly place my hands over his face and mouth. His response seems quite positive, as he desperately tries to gasp for air under my tight latex grip. As I turn the bottle off and on... I'm wondering what's more effective? The intake from the bottle, or my personal touch? There's no escape for him, and I continue to make him s*ffer, and watch as he desperately tries to breathe. With his eyes rolling, I turn up the screw on the bottle and tell him to breathe in for me as I leave him to enjoy his Lucid Dreams...

Periodicamente, dedico una giornata del mio tempo nella mia attrezzatissima Femdom Clinic dove ricevo dei pazienti con problematiche varie. Ed oggi, uno dei miei pazienti lamenta problemi di respirazione. Beh... e' nel posto giusto. E qui, nella mia Femdom Clinic, ho diverse soluzioni per il trattamento di queste patologie. Ordino al paziente, di sdraiarsi sul lettino, e blocco la sua testa stringendo al suo collo uno speciale collare, per evitare movimenti bruschi. Comunico al paziente, che sono pronta per procedere ad un attento esame per capire il motivo dei suoi problemi di respirazione. Infilo nel suo naso un tubo collegato ad una bombola di ossigeno. Gli ordino di respirare normalmente e di stare calmo. Giro la manopola della bombola, e guardo con attenzione il paziente mentre respira. Non si aspetta cio' che gli sta per succedere. In poco tempo sentira' un senso di sonnolenza, che mi permettera' di lavorare sulla sua patologia. Prendo un paio di guanti in lattice, e mi godo quel sensuale suono del lattice mentre li infilo sulle mie dita e sulle mie mani. Metto rapidamente le mie possenti mani sul suo viso e sulla sua bocca. La risposta mi sembra abbastanza positiva, mentre cerca disperatamente di trattenere l'aria sotto la mia salda presa di lattice. Ad intervalli regolari, arresto e aziono il contenuto della bombola ... mi chiedo cosa sia più efficace? L'assunzione del contenuto della bombola o il mio prezioso tocco personale? Non c'è scampo per lui, e continuo a farlo soffrire, godendo della sua sofferenza alla disperata ricerca d' aria. Con i suoi occhi che ruotano per la mancana di aria, aziono nuovamente la bombola, gli ordino di inspirare e lo lascio addormentare per vivere i suoi Lucid Dreams ...
