Neuer Job, neue Leute. Das mag man als aufregend bezeichnen, doch zumeist ist man doch eher verunsichert, da man nicht einschätzen kann, was da auf einen wartet und ob deine Arbeit qualvoll oder produktiv wird. In Wirklichkeit macht man also mehr eine gute Miene zu einem sehr verunsicherten Spiel. Da ging es Dir nicht anders. All diese Fragen. Werde ich ins Team passen. All diese üblichen Probleme. Und dann natürlich klassischste aller Fragen: was wird der Chef von mir erwarten. In diesem Fall war es allerdings eine Chefin.
