Mayla e Nina lavorano come segretarie per una grande azienda, e le sorelle dirigenti Gisy e Gisella sono le loro superiori.
Sia Mayla che Nina sono in lista per diventare dirigenti ma Mayla ha scoperto che Gisy intende promuovere solo Nina insieme ad altri membri dell'azienda, cosi Mayla, che è in realtà una strega dotata di poteri magici, ha deciso di vendicarsi ed ha rimpicciolito tutti i 6 membri dello staff e li tiene rinchiusi in un barattolo.
Il video inizia con Mayla e Nina sedute a lavorare in ufficio.
Mayla di nascosto rovescia per terra i colleghi rimpiccioliti che teneva nel barattolo, p*i d*ce a Nina che ha scoperto che nessuna delle due avrà la promozione. La collega si alza infuriata sentendo la notizia e improvvisamente nota i minuscoli esserini che corrono sul pavimento, ma pensando che si tratti di insetti, ne calpesta uno con forza. Ne vede un secondo e d*ce a Mayla di schiacciarlo, la ragazza è divertita vedendo l'entusiasmo che Nina mette nello spiaccicarli sotto i suoi piedi, così non resiste e quando li ha spappolati tutti le rivela che in realtà non erano degli insetti, ma i colleghi che avrebbero avuto l'avanzamento di carriera al posto loro! Nina ne osserva uno da vicino e resasi conto che è effettivamente un uomo rimpicciolito alle dimensioni d' un insetto, è entusiasta! Spiaccicare insetti le è sempre piaciuto, ma poter spiaccicare sotto i suoi piedi colleghi e rivali è decisamente meglio! Annientati tutti i rivali, Mayla propone a Nina di attaccare Gisy non appena rientrerà e la ragazza accetta entusiasta. Quando Gisy entra in ufficio, le due la afferrano e spingono a terra, quindi la aggrediscono con calci e pestoni. Quando è ormai priva di forze e fatica persino a muoversi, Mayla prende la sua bacchetta magica e la rimpicciolisce. A questo punto Mayla prende la minuscola Gisy tra pollice ed indice e la posa contro la pianta del piede di Nina ordinandole di leccare per bene dal tallone alla punta delle dita. Dopo di che si scambiano i ruoli, entrambe sognavano di umiliare cosi la loro principale. Infine la gettano a terra e Nina la schiaccia piano premendola contro il terreno col suo piede velato, quindi Mayla farà lo stesso dandole il colpo di grazia. A questo punto, con un guizzo, Mayla prende la bacchetta e la punta contro Nina, ma questa riesce a gettarsi di lato schivando l'attacco, così le due iniziano a lottare. All'inizio sembra che Nina sia la più forte e riesce a prendere a calci e pestoni Mayla che rimane a terra, ma questa riesce ad allungarsi quanto basta per prendere la bacchetta e con un sortilegio bloccare la rivale. Sarà quindi lei a coprire di calci la collega per p*i rimpicciolirla ed infine schiacciarla lentamente sotto il suo piede velato. Infine entra in scena Gisella, la cofounder della ditta che confessa d'aver sentito tutto e riconosce a Mayla ottime doti di spregiudicatezza, una qualità che ammira molto. Le promette che faranno carriera insieme ora che sono rimaste le sole, ma Myala non vuole cedere a nessun compromesso e tenendo ben salda la bacchetta inizia a rimpicciolire anche Gisella. E' tutto inutile, per quanto la manger si sforzi di fare promesse e lusinghe, Mayla non sembra essere ingolosita da nulla e continua a rimpicciolire la donna che assume infine le fattezze d'un chicco d'uva. A questo punto Mayla si alza in piedi e dopo aver salutato anche Gisella, spiaccica senza pietà quel che ne resta. Nessuno può dirle ciò che deve fare!

Premise:

Mayla and Nina work as secretaries for a big company, and the sisters Gisy and Gisella are their superiors.
Both Mayla and Nina are on the list to become executives but Mayla has discovered that Gisy intends to promote only Nina along with other members of the company, so Mayla, who is actually a witch with magical powers, has decided to take revenge and has shrunken all the others member of the staff and she is keeping them locked up in a jar. The video starts with Mayla and Nina sitting in the office working. Mayla secretly spills the shrunken colleagues she kept in the jar on the floor, then tells Nina that she has discovered that neither of them will have the promotion. The colleague gets angry suddenly she notices the tiny l*ttle creatures running on the floor, but thinking that they are insects, she stomps on them with he sees a second one and tells Mayla to crush it, the girl is amused seeing the enthusiasm that Nina puts in crushing them under her feet, so she can't resist and when she has crushed them all reveals that in reality they weren't insects, but the colleagues who would have the career advancement for them! Nina observes one up close and realizes that he is indeed a man shrunk to the size of an insect, she is enthusiastic! It has always pleased her to sneak insects, but being able to crush colleagues and rivals under her feet is way better! At this point, Mayla takes the tiny Gisy between thumb and forefinger and poses her against Nina's sole, ordering her to l*ck well from heel to the toes. After which they exchange roles, both of them dreamed of humiliating their principal. Finally they throw her on the ground and Nina crushes her gently, pressing her against the ground with her hosed foot, so Mayla will do the same by giving her the ending sh*t. At this point, with a flicker, Mayla takes the wand and points it at Nina, but the latter manages to throw herself sideways avoiding the attack, so the two begin to fight. At first it seems that Nina is the strongest and manages to kick and stomp Mayla who remains on the ground, but this manages to stretch far enough to take the baton and block a rival with a spell. She will then kick her colleague and then shrink her and finally crush her slowly under her hosed foot.
Finally, Gisella enters the room, the co-founder of the company that confesses that she has heard everything and recognizes Mayla as having excellent unscrupulous qualities, a quality that she greatly admires. She promises her that they will make a career together now that they are the only ones left, but Myala does not want to give in to any compromise and keeping the stick firmly begins to shrink even Gisella. It is all useless, as far as the manger tries to make promises and flattery, Mayla does not seem to be enticed by anything and continues to shrink the woman who finally takes on the features of a grape.
