The Court system is overloaded. In many cases, a Court appointed Mediator is assigned to listen to both sides and then p*ss judgement depending on what laws have been broken and the evidence presented against the defendant. The Pink Avenger Vs. Mischief. Pink Avenger is asked to give her side of the story. She accuses the Villain, Mischief of capturing her and the Green Avenger(not seen) Being tied up and kept prisoner. Mischief is brought into the room. Mr. Smith, the Court Mediator asks for his side of the story. Mischief claims he was nowhere near the scene. Although he has a criminal past, he claims the Pink Avenger made up her story, that she has a vendetta against him. Mischief has medical records documenting all the times Pink Avenger beat him so badly he was hospitalized. MR. SMITH ASKS HER TO PRESENT HER EVIDENCE. She can't believe it. Isn't her word good enough? Why would she lie? Mischief asks her, " Did you actually see me there?" PINK AVENGER ADMITS SHE NEVER DID SEE HIM. She argues that it was his hideout. Mischief claims a shelter as his legal residence. The Court Mediator asks Pink Avenger, DO YOU HAVE ANY EVIDENCE AGAINST THE DEFENDENT. She has to admit she has no evidence to present. The Court Mediator begins to doubt her. She explains what happened to her. WE SEE IT ALL IN A FLASH BACK. First hogtied, trying to escape & h*t with ko g*s. Again the Court Mediator asks, " How can you accuse him, when you never saw him there?" Pink Avenger says she knows it had to be him but again admits she has no evidence. Mischief is brought back in. THE COURT MEDIATOR APOLIGISES TO HIM, TELLS HIM HE'S FREE TO GO, CASE DISMISSED. He offers to press charges against the Pink Avenger but Mischief says he has no hard feelings against her and hopes they can be friends. The Mediator leaves. Mischief offers to shake hands & she reaches over. MISCHIEF INJECTS HER HAND WITH A He hand gags her. Your not calling for help, he says, as he fondles her tits. WE ARE GOING BACK TO MY HIDEOUT TO HAVE FUN! As he leads her away! If only the Court Mediator could have seen this!!
