It's Halloween and Valora's got the spirit. A car drives up to her as she's walking down the street in her witch costume. It's a random rude man, Miles Striker, giving her a hard time for being an adult who still dresses up for Halloween. He tells her that Halloween is st*pid and he claims nothing scares him. Valora warns him that one day something's going to scare him st*pid. He laughs at her and speeds away. Valora memorizes his license plate number and proceeds to plot...

With some research Valora has figured out where that j*rk lives and decides to give him the scare of his life. She breaks into his home and waits behind his shower curtain to jump out and scare him. He enters his home and goes to the bathroom to wash up. As he's in there, Valora jumps out and yells "BOO!" sending him screaming and falling to the floor! He's KO'd so she decides to have even more devilish fun.

The rude, Halloween hating man wakes up with his ankles, knees, and wrists tied. Valora comes out and shows off what she found in his house, a b*ll gag and n*pple clamps. This guy hasn't learned his lesson because he's still got a smart mouth so Valora decides to solve that problem with the gag. Then she uses the n*pple clamps to attach a sign to him that says 'I Love Halloween'.

Valora slaps a her witch hat on his head and dashes away, leaving him to struggle and attempt to yell. His anger fuels his bucking in the ropes, he even kicks a h*le in the wall! He groans and struggles, trying his best to get free. Will someone hear him and come help him? Find out.
