It's based on the same scenario as we made in these clips:

Clothing: Bl*ck underwear, bra, tan sheer toe to waist pantyhose, bl*ck mini skirt, white blouse, and heels. Red nail polish on feet and hands.

Scene 2
The trainer carries Praskovya in OTS carry to her bed. While napping he does another eye check. Full body and close up shots of her on the bed as he walks away.
After a while, Praskovya wakes up, pulls the gag off and says "l have to get out of here". She gets up and puts her tan hose over her bl*ck underwear, then her secretary outfit again. Trainer grabs her in a bear hug, shots of her behind as she struggles. She then drops to the floor and he pulls the small cloth out and roughly puts her to rest. He does an eye check and re-applies cloth while she's out. She comes back and is groggy. He grabs into a bear hug. He pulls her back in a sitting position and pulls up her skirt. Still, in the same position, he puts her out again. Eye checks and lower chin to show mouth open.
Then he puts her near the couch and brings a chair. He lifts her up and puts on the chair, then ties her legs and hands together with other nylons. Then he gags her mouth with a pantyhose over the head. She wakes up but he quickly puts her to rest again. He makes another eye checks while she's on the chair.
Then he unties her and brings to the bed. He takes off her blouse and pantyhose, so she's in her underwear now. He makes another eye checks and leaves her napping on the bed... To be continued
