Power Woman has been hot on the trail of supervillain Electrolux and has tracked her to an abandoned basement. When she enters she finds an ordinary looking woman in business attire and glasses tied up and gagged in a chair struggling. Power Woman takes out her gag and starts to untie her while the woman tells her that the horrible villain Electrolux took her captive and is still somewhere in the building. As Power Woman goes off to look for Electrolux, the woman smiles deviously and with precise hand movements transforms herself into the supervillain Electrolux. She sneaks up behind Power Woman and zaps her with her powers while she’s not paying attention. Power Woman falls to the ground like a sack of potatoes and Electrolux laughs at her for falling right into her trap.

Power Woman is tied up and b*llgagged. Electrolux has stripped her of everything, even her strength, except for her boots, gloves and mask. She struggles to get free but soon Electrolux joins her. She explains her diabolical plan to zap all Power Woman’s powers out of her so she can do her crimes uninterrupted. But first, she’s going to have a l*ttle sexy fun with her arch nemesis. She crawls down in between Power Woman’s spread legs and l*cks her p*ssy. Power Woman can not resist the pleasure and the strange control Elecrtolux has over her and c*ms. Electrolux then humiliates Power Woman by demasking her. She takes out her b*ll gag and sits on her face, making Power Woman l*ck her p*ssy until Electrolux *rgasms. Electrolux dismounts the superhero’s face and tells her that it’s time to proceed with her grand plan to take her super powers from her.

Power Woman is back in her uniform and strapped into Electrolux's power sucking electric chair. Electrolux cleave gags her and straps the electrode helmet on Power Woman. As Electrolux explains and taunts how her special chair is going to zap Power Woman’s powers, a man in a mask sneaks up behind her. Power Woman’s eyes go wide as she tries to warn Electrolux but it’s too late and the man injects her in the neck with a syringe. Electrolux has no time to react and goes out like a light.

Both superheroine and supervillain are tied to chairs with hitachi’s tied to their crotches as they wake up. They both try to blame each other but then realize it’s the man who snuck up on Electrolux is to blame. They both try to break free from the ropes but it seems as though the evil man has taken some of Electrolux’s strength from her as she did to Power Woman. The evil man comes in and stuffs their mouth to gag them, then wraps tape around their heads. He says nothing as he turns both the vibrators on and then walks out of the room, leaving the two powerless woman there to have *rgasms over and over.
