In part one evil villainess, Goddess Valora, had been captured by Batman. After she escaped Arkham Asylum she returned to her evil lair where her hench-woman, Terra Mizu, revealed to her that Batman was actually Bruce Wayne.

Part 2 begins as Goddess Valora has started a job at Wayne Enterprises as Bruce Wayne's secretary. Mr. Wayne calls her in to take some notes. While Valora types she starts to kick off her shoes and put them on the desk in front of Mr. Wayne. Mr. Wayne begins to start feeling tired as unbeknownst to him, he is falling under the spell of Goddess Valora's entrancing foot power! Mr. Wayne sits down and per Valora's request props his feet up on the desk as well. Valora sees that he's fast resting and calls in hench-woman Terra who got a job under cover there as well.

The two evil doers jump for joy as begin to peel off the shoes of Bruce Wayne. Valora grabs her magic pen and tattoos her logo on Bruce's foot sealing in a permanent foot fetish spell on him. Valora and Terra prop their bare feet against Bruce Wayne's and begin to rub their feet on his as they laugh about their evil plan! The two rush out of the room to get ready for the following day.

The next day, Mr. Wayne is at his desk when Valora comes in to ask if he remembers anything from the day before. He says no and then Valora proceeds to place her bare soles on the desk again. Mr. Wyne doesn't know why but he feels an uncontrollable urge to kiss and worship her gorgeous feet. As he kisses her feet, Valora reveals her secret identity and reveals that she knows that he is truly Batman. He can't believe it. He wishes he could fight back but he's powerless against his growing foot fetish! Valora tells him she's tattooed his foot. Bruce Wayne slips off his sock and reveals the logo on his foot in shock.

Valora laughs as she calls Terra into the room. Both villainesses start stripping Bruce Wayne as the put on his new costume, the one of Footman! We see Bruce sporting a pink cape and shiny pink panties. Valora him to wear her old worn flip flops. He's collared and leashed on his knees as he's made to worship Valora and Terra's feet as they laugh and ridicule him! The two take bl*ckmail photos and shove their beautiful feet in Footman's face! Will Batman be able to escape or is this the end for our caped crusader? Tune in for part 3!
