You arrive at the Nurse's office for your regular check up and she notices almost immediately you look a l*ttle flushed and insists she must take your temperature orally. This nurse is the "no fuss" type. She speaks in a soft tone but you can tell by her voice, she will not take no for an answer.

She takes out her thermometer and informs you if you fidget she has somewhere else she can put the thermometer for a clearer reading. You cross your legs tightly at the thought of a thermometer being put embarrassingly into your rectrum by the pretty nurse and decide you shoudl do as you are told. You are stunned as she unzips her dress slightly to reveal she is not wearing a bra under her uniform. Your mouth hanging open ever so slightly the nurse quickly shoves the thermometer into your mouth.

She gets her reading very quickly and you have indeed got a slight fever and decides to give you something to take it down. The nurse hands you two tablets and you take them without a second thought. After a few minutes you begin to feel woozy.

"Are those tablets taking effect Sir?" The says with a smirk.

You realise quickly the nurse has tricked you, but why would she trick you?

Suddenly you wake from your dream like rest as the nurse snaps on a pair of bl*ck latex gloves. She tells you she couldn't possibly get her hands messy with the next part of your treatment.

The Nurse tells you the tablets she has given you are part of a two step regression programme and the first stage has worked just as she planned.

The tablets she gave you will have a very strong effect on your bladder. So much so you will wet yourself without even realising, and while the nurse was preparing the next dose of your treatment while you were resting you did indeed wet yourself.

The Nurse tells you once these tablets take effect there is no going back. From now on you will have to wear nappies like a b*by. You protest saying you will not do such a thing but the "No fuss" approach from your nurse tells you otherwise.

She takes out a very thick white medical nappy and crinkles the front with her bl*ck latex gloves. You are terrified at the thought of having to wear a potty around your waist but the nurse insists that this is "for your own good."

Once the nappy is on the nurse prepares the second part of your treatment. An *njection! This *njection will complete the process to diminish your adult language, leaving you a babbling adult b*by.

Now be a good for Nurse Nanny and take your medicine or there will be big trouble.
