This was a custom clip. Script as follows:

First scene has Jill sitting on the couch in socks talking about what the realtor said with the spirit but she is skeptical and doesn’t quite believe it. She goes to leave but finds that she can’t move her feet off the ground. She tries to lift them off but can’t, as she’s struggling(the camera can be close up on her feet) the spirits hand slides across the ground and slides under her socked foot, pulling on the sock as if it want them gone. Jill wonders what is gonna happen as the spirit takes scissors and starts cutting a couple of h*les into one sock, as she is dismayed about the d*mage the spirit cuts a h*le into the toe of her other sock, exposing some of her toes as they spread. It continues cutting h*les until the ruined socks hang from her ankles. The spirit lifts up her feet and places them on the table to play with.

The 2nd scene Jill comes into the house wearing shoes, as she puts down her keys and starts walking towards the couch the spirit quickly cuts the soles of her shoes off(can use scene cut then showing her walking, then cut with her already have the shoe soles cut off and walking off of them). When she goes to examine the d*mage the spirit quickly starts playing and rubbing her socked feet, taking scissors and cutting off the bottoms of both socks, it pushes the ruined shoes and socks up her legs and plays with her bare feet.

The final scene Jill is waiting on her ride so she can move out, she is looking out the window so she is facing backwards in the seat with her shoes hanging off the edge of the seat. The spirit takes a sheet and vanishes her shoes, then starts cutting apart her socks. Jill feels her feet bare but when she goes to put on new socks they are all ruined and show more bare feet than sock, the spirit places her feet on the table, slides her ruined socks up her legs, and plays with her feet while Jill talks about how she’s now stuck barefoot.
