Dragonlady is up to no good once again! She's planning on tying up and tickling all of the students at Fetcon University. Robin overhears Dragonlady's evil plans and tries to bring her into the authorities, but gets over powered and put into a tight hogcuff! Dragonldy tickle t*rments Robin and let's her know this will happen to all the students and that she can not be stopped! Dragonlady leaves Robin hogcuffed and leaves to tend to her devious plan.

Dragonlady poses as a tutor at the school and Kimchi, a cute l*ttle Asian school student comes for what she thinks is math tutoring. She's confused when she meets Dragonlady, it's an odd outfit for a tutor to be wearing, but oh well, studies are studies, she sits down and immediately is over powered just like Robin was!! Dragonlady quickly hogcuffs Kimchi and wakes her up with a vicious tickling. Tickling her ribs, arm its and then removing her heels and tickling her bare feet too! Dragonlady notices Kimchi's panties have a Batman emblem on them, this infuriates Dragnlady and makes her tickle her even harder!

L*ttle did Dragonlady know, Robin has escaped her hogcuff using a pin in her utility belt, and when she hears Kimchi screaming for help, she rushes in to rescue her. Robin runs in and karate chops Dragonlady right in the neck and immediately uncuffs Kimchi. "We should give her a taste of her own medicine" says Robin, and Kimchi agrees! They both quickly hogcuffs Dragonlady and wakes her up with a couple slaps to the face. Dragonlady is surprised and p*ssed off, and demands to be set free. But the two of them start tickling Dragonlady like crazy! Dragonlady laughs and screams, telling them to stop, but they just keep tickling, they remove her shoes and Dragonlady loses it! Now she's begging to be let go, she wants to make a deal, but both Robin and Kimchi know that it's just another trick! They both go to get he authorities and leave Dragonlady hogcuffed and struggling.
