You come to with her staring down at you smiling. She reaches and grabs the jar, she unscrews the lid and stares down at you. She reaches in and grabs you, picking you out and placing you down on the table.

The reaches down and tosses the shoe away, revealing you. There you are! She proclaims. Well...I guess I am going to have to keep my promise. She laughs as she reaches down and scoops you up, I could have accidentally squashed you, she says, and where would be the fun in that? No no, when I crush you I want to savor every second of it. She then lifts the b*ll of her foot up and slowly begins to have it descend onto you, stopping at the last second.
