When she gets there she finds a device. when activated she releases a man in a robe who tells her he is a time lord imprisoned by the aliens the ship belonged to before Batgirl acquired it.

He is thankful for the release and offers her a gift.

Evangeline comes home to find an intruder in her home. she confronts him and he explains that he has seen Batgirl enter and leave the apartment several times.
