Keri pays a good chunk of change every month renting space, but thankfully, she can sublet that very space to a ‘tenant’ the days she’s not in.

We fade in to Keri muttering to herself about her rental expenses and her lack of finding a suitable person to sublease her amazing fighting studio space. Keri’s frustration with the situation is more than obvious, showcased by her pacing back and forth across her prized mats. Anxiety has not yet sunk in, however, as there’s some hope: she’s got another tenant on their way in who just MAY p*ss her eccentric pre-lease ‘test’.

in walks Lyric, introducing herself mildly and talking easily with Keri. As Lyric explains to Keri that she would like to rent space to begin a self defense program, the veteran grappler sees her chance: Keri tells Lyric that she would LOVE to rent her space...just as soon as she takes a l*ttle test that proves she has the skill level to teach a grappling class in Keri’s own school. Lyric assures Keri that she is as well as insisting there’s no WAY she will tap out to her possible landlord.

How wrong Lyric was! The second Keri gets Lyric’s agreement, she pounces! For 20 long, long minutes Lyric is enlightened that not only can she tap out, but she will, and CONSTANTLY. Keri is gleeful with her devious, br*tal physical domination over Lyric. She spares no kindnesses to the sobbing, begging brunette as she truly beats the living hell out of her. Time and time again Lyric screams her submission and cries out to be allowed to leave; time and time again those requests fall on deaf ears. On a whim after a hellacious 20 minutes, Keri marks Lyric off as a FAIL and offers one small mercy: deliverance to via grinding, reverse face sit.
