Foot Patrol Inspector Archer Legend is out on routine foot patrol when he encounters a y*ung lady with apparent vehicle trouble. Archer approaches and introduces himself to the lady. Sloan Harper is about her car not starting, but then quickly perturbed when Legend arrives on the scene and begins chastising her for not having a proper pedicure.

Legend Sloan to the office for a thorough inspection of her size eights. The initial inspection reveals that she does require a pedicure upgrade to bring those pretty European feet back into compliance. The inspector promises that he’ll let her use the station phone to c*ll a mechanic once this is complete. Sloan Harper is transported by the horny foot cop to a trusted local salon to have the required foot work performed.

Sloan passes the second foot inspection with flying colors, but then the inspector informs her that she still must pay a $250 fine. She’s really stressed now with having to pay a foot ticket on top of facing expensive car repairs. Sloan complains and the soft-hearted inspector helps push her towards an idea that might get her off the h*ok. But Croatian blonde Sloan Harper is slow to understand and Archer struggles to drop hints she just cannot pick up. Finally frustrated with the endless confusion, Archer takes her by the hand and makes his point clear.
