Thank you for taking the time to look at my instructional video. The first step to running a successful business is dedication and creativity. Your dedication is clear since you're here. Your creativity is about to be tested. I'm about to go over the various bullet-points that make my company top of its class.

First and foremost, the happiness of your employees drives success. Of course, you must be asking yourself: What do my employees need and want? I have come up with several answers to that. Each are important, but I have found that implementing all of these "perks" make for a perfect work environment...and of course more profits and money in your pocket!

Number 1: I've instated an optional nude policy

Number 2: "Open *sshole Sn*ffing Policy": My employees are welcome to stop by my office at any time of the day (my door is always open!) for a sweet sn*ff of my odorous *sshole. Everyone knows that every Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do an intense cardio workout in the morning. This just so happens to be my most popular day! People are lined up outside my office to get a smell of my stinky *sshole

Number 3: I see this one as incentive...a daily pick me up. And what can I say, I enjoy this perk myself!! I rather enjoy farting in my employees' faces. When I feel a particularly bubbly fart coming along, I announce it on the intercom...and you should hear the mad dash to my office...practically a stampede!!

This is just the beginning...if you continue on with your "how to" video, you will find out my biggest secret yet. And yes, it does involve all things *sshole Love and Appreciation!
