Roxie Rae, bl*ck belt introduces herself to her class, telling them that today she will be teaching self defense. Roxie has her partner Kendra Lynn with her. Kendra and Roxie are going to give a good Karate Lesson and Demonstration Instructional for self defense. Roxie and Kendra in their Karate gi tops and belts decide to start their lesson talking about the vulnerable points on the human body: the eyes, nose, throat, and groin, explaining each a l*ttle.

First Lesson: Starts with Roxie as instructor: You demonstrate a small l*ttle scenario, starting off slow. You explain and demonstrate with your partner how when someone comes in to throw a punch, you can perform a block with your arm, and then move in to deliver a kick to the groin. You explain the effects it has on your opponent. After the slow demonstration, you go for full speed, with some light contact.
Second Lesson: Can have your partner instruct (keep alternating?): She explains how when someone comes up from behind to do a bear hug, your arms might be locked, but your hands are still free. She demonstrates a foot stomp, a shift to the side, and then a back-fist to the groin. She can even throw in how you can perform a grab, but explain how it'd be a lot easier against testicles. She then explains how you run away. Then she does the full speed, light contact.
Third Lesson: You demonstrate what to do when someone does a bear hug from the front. You demonstrate moving down a l*ttle, and shifting your body weight, causing them to readjust their footing. You then throw in a knee to the groin, followed by an open palm push to their chin, and running away. You then do the full speed.
Fourth Lesson: She demonstrates some combo moves that can be applied. She demonstrates when someone is coming towards you, you can jab them in the throat, causing them to grab their throat, grab their shoulders and knee them in the groin, causing them to double over, and then applying an elbow to the back of the neck, and running away. In the full speed, you can target the sternum instead of the neck, and fake the elbow to the neck.
Fifth Lesson: Roxie shows Kendra a c*nt busting combination demonstrating ways to get the c*nt punched, chopped, kicked, and punched.
Sixth Lesson: Kendra decides t demonstrate her favorite move, B*ll Busting. Roxie and Kendra show off and demonstrate B*ll Busting Kicks, Front kicks, side kicks, back kicks to the b*lls.
