I had been called into work that morning. At such short notice I had to ring around a few friends to see if anyone could look after my l*ttle Arkham.

Arkham had been going through potty training for the last 6 to 8 weeks, but was failing miserably. I was having to spank her pretty much daily for the amount of extra washing I was having to do. I was beyond my tether with Arkham, and just didn't really know what to do next.

I called Mummy Nera as my final attempt at finding a babysitter at such short notice. I was so relieved Nera could take Arkham for the day. Going to work gave me that break I needed from the consistent pile of mess in the house I was having to get through on a daily basis, and my goodness was it tiring!

I knew potty training a l*ttle one was difficult but, potty training l*ttle Arkham was so tiring. As soon as I thought she was getting somewhere with staying dry she would have a set back. Maybe Mummy Nera could help with the terrible time I am having with her at the moment.

I drop off L*ttle Arkham at Mummy Nera's house praying that Arkham wasn't going to be a handful. I head off to work and try to forget about Arkham's daily potty training disasters, and concentrate on getting through the mountain of paper work on my desk.

On my lunch break I c*ll Mummy Nera to see how she is getting on with Arkham. I knew by the sound of Nera's voice she was having a hard time. At that moment she had Arkham laying on her bed about to put her in a nappy because she made a huge mess on the bathroom floor. I was absolutely livid when she told me this. I couldn't believe Arkham had made not only a mess of herself but of Mummy Nera's bathroom too.

I decided there and then on the spot I would come out of work to collect Arkham. I was so embarassed that my Arkham was being such a l*ttle terror for Mummy Nera. I hoped Arkham knew how much trouble she was in this time. I was not going to tolerate this behaviour from Arkham any more!

On my way over to Mummy Nera's house I was thinking about what to do next. I had tried spankings, corner time, takng away her favourite toys. I even stopped her favourite treats, but nothing was working.

Mummy Nera was right! I was going to have to put my foot down. My l*ttle Arkham would have to go back into nappies, and that was final!
