Patient (pt) appeared in flat affect at the start of the session, and lay down c*mpletely on chaise upon entering. engaged pt by asking about plans for the upcoming holiday. Pt replied that she would do "whatever [her] husband wanted". reflected to pt that they have spoken about this before and asked about pt's happiness in her relationship. Pt responded in the same way as in previous sessions, by stating "when he's happy, [she's] happy".

then proposed to pt that they try a new type of treatment today, similar to h-therapy that pt has found effective in the past. Pt is agreeable, and follows guidance into a state of deep relaxation. Once pt is in this state, tells pt that when snaps her fingers, pt will awaken to experience as pt's husband.

snaps her finger, and pt opens her eyes and excitedly greets her "husband". begins talking down to pt to observe how pt responds to her husband's insults and behavior. Pt becomes obedient and timid, following her "husband's" every order, no matter how humiliating. At a point, pt makes a face at her "husband's" foot odor, and commands pt to stand up and expose her bare *ss for punishment.

After observing Reya's total submission, concludes that a deeper round of h will be necessary in order to cure the pt of her submission to men. snaps her fingers to bring pt back to full awareness of reality, and explains that they will now begin round 2.

coaches pt back into deep relaxation state. Once pt is c*mpletely relaxed, begins explaining to pt the way a relationship between man and woman should be. tells pt that women are the superior s*x, and should always be the dominant ones in all aspects of a relationship. continues to instruct pt in how she will behave in relation to her husband from now on; that she will no longer submit to her husband, and instead will be in complete control of him. tells pt that she will now have a deeper sense of her own wants and needs and will enact them at all times.

Once has finished reprogramming pt's mind, again tells pt that upon the snap of fingers, pt will experience as her husband, and will act in the way that was explained to her.

snaps her fingers, and observes the results of the special-female-supremacy-treatment. Reya opens her eyes, and this time greets her "husband" in a much more annoyed tone. Pt tells her husband that what she wants is what matters, and even commands him to the floor to massage her feet! is very pleased with the efficacy of the therapy after observing pt's newfound dominance over her "husband" and snaps her fingers one last time.

Pt awakens and appears in much brighter affect than the start of session. tells pt that the treatment appeared to go very well, and encourages pt to go home and talk with her husband about what they will do for the holiday, reflecting that she thinks pt will end up doing exactly what she wants. Pt thanks saying that she does feel much better, and thinks she really will do just what she wants, concluding the session.
