Star has had just about enough of her friend Dixie's smug, superior attitude and decides to play a l*ttle trick on her to bring her back down to earth. They have plans to go out to the club later that night and whenever they go out together, Dixie always ends up wandering off to h*t on some guy and leaving Star all alone. As they talk about their plans for the evening, Star gives Dixie a glass of water and secretly slips a diuretic into it. Dixie drinks her water and excuses herself to use the bathroom but before she can even get a couple steps she c*mpletely loses control of her bladder and p*es in her pants right there. Dixie is shocked and humiliated, she can't believe what just happened and it doesn't help that Star is laughing at her and mocking her for wetting her pants. Star runs off and grabs a d*aper that she just happened to have. She insists that Dixie must wear a d*aper home so she doesn't p*e herself again. She lays her down and pulls down her wet jeans and tapes her into the large, oversized d*aper. Dixie struggles and fights but finally she gives in and pulls her panties and jeans back up. She is even more embarrassed because the big, bulky d*aper sticks out of the top of her jeans but she rushes home to clean up with Star laughing behind her.

Later that evening, Dixie is back at Star's house and now she's wearing a sexy catsuit while Star is in a low-cut dress as they are both ready for their night out at the club. Star offers Dixie a drink before they head out. Dixie drinks her drink down and is ready to head out when, much to her dismay, she p*es herself again! Dixie is so humiliated and embarrassed, much to Star's amusement. Star grabs another d*aper and some b*by powder and says, "Don't worry we'll get you all cleaned up and you can just wear the d*aper out to the club so you don't have to worry if you p*e yourself again."
Star pulls down her catsuit and powders her all up before strapping her into her bulky d*aper. She pulls the skin tight catsuit back up and the big d*aper is clearly visible. Dixie is appalled. She says she can't go, it's still wet and she smells like p*e, but Star shakes a bunch of powder down the front of her catsuit and says it will be alright before pushing Dixie out the door to go humiliate herself at the club.
