To make things even tougher for him, the pulley behind him is hanging from a winch, which can easily be cranked higher to further tighten up his predicament.

This leaves him with the following options:

Bend over at the waist and keep his arms hiked up pretty high (and uncomfortably) behind him. Pull his arms down, which ends up pulling his b*lls down further and him to bend his knees. This means his quads will be working overtime before long to maintain this position. Try to find a point where his arms aren't hiked up too high behind his back, and his knees aren't bent too much. This means his b*lls will most definitely be stretched to the max.

Gboy tries to find the best balance for the most comfortable position. But is he able to find a comfortable balance? Not really. Can he do anything about it? Nope!
