In this video I am fully naked, with my hair in a ponytail out of the way. I’m on the floor and the camera is level with me. I do 14 different poses/exercises, each for one minute (except for one exercise which I do for 2 minutes). Firstly, facing the camera, I crawl on all fours back and forth. Secondly, I turn around on all fours on the spot, and thirdly I do the same but turning the other way. For the fourth exercise, I crawl back and forth but this time with my *ss facing the camera. For the fifth minute, with my *ss facing the camera, i’m on all fours and I arch my back up and then down over and over. Then I do the same with camera slightly side-on, and then with the camera fully side on. Then for the eighth exercise, with the camera still fully side on, I get on my knees and elbows and move my butt back and forth. Exercise number 9, with my butt facing the camera, I do fire hydrants, raising my leg (bent) up and down again to the side of my body. I do 30 seconds with each leg. The tenth exercise is the same but facing the camera. Then, with my p*ssy facing the camera, I do a crab walk back and forth for exercise 11. For number 12, I stay in crab position with my p*ssy in front of the camera and kind of dance/wiggle my p*ssy at the camera for 2 minutes. For the 14 th minute I lie on my back with my knees pulled up to my chest and spread and unspread my legs. Finally, I lie on my right side with my right knee bent towards the camera and raise my left leg up and down, showing off my p*ssy.
