0-3 minutes -Introduce our patient relationship and tell me you're going to help me with my obsession about eating c*m with your therapy. Look over my file so that we don't have to do questions and answers, and you're essentially describing my problem to me so that we can start our session. Mention that I've only tasted it but not stomached the whole load, and while I enjoy the taste of precum, I think the sp*rm tastes gross, but I still obsess over it. Maybe you could use anecdotes about other patients' descriptions of c*m to show you're an expert and you know exactly what I mean when I say c*m is gross. Mention that at first I was uncomfortable with being b*sexual but then after I arranged to meet several guys through craigslist, I have become personally comfortable with my bisexuality but I still keep it from my peers.

3 - 6 minutes- Now that we've identified the problem, it's time for your diagnosis and for us to do therapy to get past it. You theorize that sp*rm has been a fixation for me for as long as I can remember even if I wasn't thinking about eating it. In fact, you hypothesize that if I think back about myself at16 (when I didn't have any b*sexual thoughts), and imagine one of my teachers pulling out his hung c*ck and dumping a big load on my tongue, and telling me to swallow it, I would have done it. You also point out that I have an obsessive and addictive personality, and you theorize that one of my fixations is my sexuality because I like both, and although I am cool with that, I still obsess over it and it manifests itself for whatever reason as an obsession with s*men. You conclude that the only way to overcome this obsession is to actually consume it to determine whether it's something that makes me happy, and doing this through sucking other guys isn't an objective experiment because of the feelings I would develop for those men which would make me remember their c*m was better than it actually was. It needs to be mine.

6-9 minutes -Now for the therapy and finish. You're going to talk about sp*rm to work me up and then when I sh*ot you're going to tell me to look at it, smell it, and eat it. Talk about how some guys' c*m is super thick and yellowy like p*nis mucous, and how right now, as I look at it, and start to smell it, I don't want to swallow it. It would be hot if you try to mask that you're grossed out. After I eat it, ask me if it tasted bad. My answer would be yes. Ask me what it tasted like so you can take it down in your notes. My answer would be I don't know. Maybe you could say “Is it hard to describe?” And then say that once we have more sessions we'll have a better idea on where I stand.
