Prelude: Allie's best friend, Candy, is a stripper at the club downtown in their city. Allie has always admired Candy's lifestyle, she buys all the hottest and latest designer clothes, she loves to wear white to accent her tanned skin, and her long, straight, blonde hair falls to the middle of her back. Candy paints her eyes dark with smokey designer make-up, and her college tuition is paid for, even though Candy rarely goes to class. Allie yearns to wear beautiful clothes, to drive around in a car that is actually reliable, and to go to college without the cr*ppling debt that she is falling into, even with her scholarship that she earned for her high GPA. Candy drives Allie to the mall, she rolls her eyes listening to Allie moan about her minimum wage job. Candy inhales her cigarette and exhales as she makes an *llegal U-turn, Allie's eyes widen, "woah! Where are you going?!" The summer breeze bl*ws through Candy's blonde hair, "I'm taking you to see my boss." Allie bites her lip as her brow furrows in contemplation. She's fantasized about being a dancer. She feels sexy when she dances, she'd love to be able to live comfortably instead of barely being able to afford food with her minimum wage retail job. To think of her being a customer, at the other side of the counter, buying the luxurious clothes she sells to women with taste. But oh-- can she actually be naked, dancing for men who live in the same city?! Her spine stiffens as they pull up to the warehouse-like building with neon lights and muscular men in suits standing at the door. "Hey babe," Candy calls out to them as she gets out of the car. "We're here to see Rocco." The guys looked her up and down as they opened the double doors for the girls.

Allie got the job! What's even better is that she convinced Rocco to allow her a private room to avoid stage dancing. Rocco is a muscular Italian man, he stands with his arms crossed barely muttering a single sentence. He's middle-aged, peppery white strands sprinkled in with his jet bl*ck hair, he stands about 5'5, short stature but a larger than life presence. Candy suggested it to him, "she's too shy, she'll stiffen up like a on stage. You don't want a zombie stripper up on stage, trust me babe." She tapped her cigarette ash off on the cryst*l ashtray, as she winked at me. Rocco looked me up and down, I smiled at him sweetly, he grunted in agreement with Candy, and it was as easy as that! I got the job. I was going to dance in a tiny room that only big spenders were allowed to visit. It wasn't a fancy room, but the room made me feel confident. It was just going to be me, the pole, and the customer, oh-- and a security camera. I was told the rules there, "no f*cking, sucking, and no discrimination." I am to dance with everyone that comes into the room, "we hadda lawsuit when was whack back in the 60's," Candy explains, "now if he pays, we dance," she lowers her voice to imitate the thug-like Rocco, "thems the rules."

Candy dropped me off at my house and my heart was swimming. I am going to make it! I'm going to have everything I have ever dreamt of. There is just one problem, my step-brother. I know he goes to the strip club with his goony friends. Can I convince him to stay home tonight? I have to figure out some lie to get him to stay home, away from discovering my secret at the club.
