Maxime e' una ragazza molto problematica: nonostante la sua fisicita' prorompente, ha problemi relazionali e sessuali molto importanti. A 28 anni ancora non ha mai avuto un ragazzo fisso e nemmeno un rapporto sessuale. Per questi problemi si rivolge ad uno psicologo... ma probabilmente a quello sbagliato!! Infatti il Dottor D., che gia' abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere per il suo sadismo, non e' un vero e proprio medico, quanto un "mentalist" che ama attirare le sue vittime a studio per sedute psicologiche a base di ipnosi, che puntualmente si trasformano nei suoi personali giochi sessuali. Ama abusare sessualmente le sue pazienti, oppure semplicemente guardarle nude e fare eseguire loro i suoi ordini.
Avviene lo stesso per Maxime, che viene e fatta denudare, per p*i esser fatta camminare avanti ed indietro nello studio. Dopo averle ammirato il corpo statuario e giunonico, il dottore le fa succhiare il dito come fosse un cazzo ed infine la fa twerkare sul divano come una porca.
