She acts extremely pretentious and extremely prideful and extremely arrogant; Catherine goes on and on about how great of a cook she is and how skilled and accomplished she is as a chef.

She takes audience questions and Luna, claims that she know a technique that they would like to exhibit on the turkey called the Bohemian butt stuffing technique, Catherine acts as if she knows all about this technique (even if she doesn't, She's trying to save face and her ego to the audience) and she encourages Luna to approach the set and try it with Catherine, interactively, Catherine says she's not too good to interact with the "common woman", that she's giving Luna a great opportunity to cook with such a superstar chef.
